Ramone's real name is Richard Rheinhart, but he's also known
as Richard Beau. He joined the Ramones in 1983 and I believe
he also played the drums in "Subterranean Jungle"
since he appears in the videos of "Psycho Therapy"
and "Time has come today". He used to play in a
new wave band called the Velveteens before joining the Ramones.
He contributed writing for the Ramones the following songs:
-Somebody put something in my drink
-Smash you
-I'm not Jesus
-I know better now
-Can't say anything nice
He also sang some versions of the tunes "Howling at the
moon" and "Chasing the night" that didn't eventually
end on the album "Too tough to die". He left the
band in 1988 during the "Halfway to sanity" tour;
I'm not sure of this but I've heard that his wife made he
leave the band since she wanted him to earn more money. He
was immediately replaced by Marky. Rumors say that he has
been working in a golf club and in a hotel.
